Flat-Pack Assembly
IKEA, Argos, whatever it is. All the screws in the right holes, no bits left over.
Flat-pack is fine until it isn't. A wardrobe that takes me ninety minutes can eat an entire weekend, and the instructions never mention that your walls aren't straight.
I assemble anything that arrives in a box — beds, wardrobes, desks, kitchen units, garden furniture — and I fix anything tall securely to the wall, which is the step most people skip.
What this usually covers
- IKEA, Argos, Wayfair and any other flat-pack
- Wardrobes, beds, desks and chests of drawers
- Anti-tip fixing to the wall as standard
- Kitchen and bathroom units
- Garden furniture, sheds and storage boxes
